Infinity E-Commerce (“Relikore”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates www.relikore.com. This Refund Policy governs how and when refunds are issued for orders placed on our website.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

  • A return has been approved and the product passes inspection

  • The product is confirmed lost in transit by the courier

  • The order was cancelled before dispatch

Refunds are not issued without prior return approval where applicable.


2. Refund Approval Process

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • The product must meet the conditions stated in the Return Policy.

  • If the product fails inspection, the refund request will be denied and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.


3. Refund Deductions

The following amounts are non-refundable:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return shipping charges

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) handling fees (if applicable)

  • Payment gateway charges (if applicable)

In cases of Return to Origin (RTO) due to refusal, incorrect address, or failed delivery attempts, actual shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund amount.


4. Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer after collecting valid bank details from the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect bank information.


5. Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days.

  • The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on the payment provider or bank.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Return request submitted beyond the specified return window

  • Product returned in used, installed, or damaged condition not reported earlier

  • Missing accessories or original packaging

  • Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling

  • Fraudulent or abusive claims


7. Order Cancellation Refunds

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch are subject to shipping and handling deductions.

  • Refused shipments will be treated as Return to Origin (RTO) and refund deductions will apply.


8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
