1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • During sales, peak demand, or stock constraints, processing may take 3–5 business days.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment authorization and internal verification.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or verification issues.


2. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship across India to serviceable pin codes.

  • International shipping is available only to select countries and must be confirmed before placing an order.

  • Orders will be shipped only to locations supported by our courier partners.


3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Remote or non-metro locations may require additional time.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, political disruptions, or other force majeure events are beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Free shipping offers, if applicable, will be clearly displayed on the website.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.


5. Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)

  • COD orders may be verified via phone before dispatch.

  • Failure to accept a COD order may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

  • If a COD shipment is refused or returned to origin (RTO), re-shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer.

  • Refunds for COD RTO orders will be processed after deducting actual shipping and handling costs.


6. Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)

  • Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address, the order will be returned to us (RTO).

  • Re-shipping charges will apply.

  • Refunds for RTO orders will be processed after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.


7. Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Address changes after dispatch are not guaranteed.


8. Tracking

  • Tracking details are shared via email or SMS after dispatch.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect.


9. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments

  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.

  • Claims without supporting evidence may be rejected.

  • If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • Claims raised after unreasonable delay may not be entertained.


10. International Orders (If Applicable)

  • International shipping charges and delivery timelines vary by destination.

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local charges.

  • We are not liable for delays, confiscation, or clearance issues caused by customs authorities.


11. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping limitations due to size, weight, regulatory, or courier restrictions. Any such restrictions will be mentioned on the product page.


12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transport disruptions, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions.
