Infinity E-Commerce (“Relikore”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates www.relikore.com. This Return Policy governs all product return requests made on our website.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product was delivered in a damaged condition

  • The product is defective or not functioning as intended

  • The wrong product was delivered

To qualify:

  • The product must be unused and uninstalled

  • The product must be in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, tags, and components must be included

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required

Returns for any other reason may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Used, installed, or altered products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or marked non-returnable products

  • Requests raised after the return window

3. Return Window

  • Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Damage or defect claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.

  • Requests submitted beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@relikore.com with your order number.

  2. Attach required photo or video evidence (if applicable).

  3. Wait for written approval before sending the product.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If approved:

  • Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping.

  • Customers must bear the full return shipping cost.

  • We are not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.

  • The product must be securely packed to prevent damage during return.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • In cases of confirmed wrong product shipment from our side, return shipping may be reimbursed after verification.

6. Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection.

We reserve the right to reject a return if:

  • The product shows signs of use or installation

  • The product is damaged due to improper repackaging

  • Components or packaging are missing

  • The issue reported is not verified upon inspection

If rejected, the product will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

7. Return to Origin (RTO)

If an order is returned due to:

  • Refusal at delivery

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

Re-shipping charges must be prepaid before dispatching again.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
