2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Return Window

Damage or defect claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.

4. Return Procedure

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If approved:

Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping.

Customers must bear the full return shipping cost.

We are not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.

The product must be securely packed to prevent damage during return.
Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

In cases of confirmed wrong product shipment from our side, return shipping may be reimbursed after verification.
6. Inspection & Approval
All returned items are subject to inspection.
We reserve the right to reject a return if:

Components or packaging are missing

The issue reported is not verified upon inspection
If rejected, the product will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
7. Return to Origin (RTO)
If an order is returned due to:

Refusal at delivery

Incorrect or incomplete address

Customer unavailability
Re-shipping charges must be prepaid before dispatching again.
